The Leg Tuck measures muscular strength and endurance and tests a Soldier's grip, shoulder, core and hip flexor strength. In order to improve your Leg Tuck skills, work on pull-ups and building your abdominal strength. Improve grip strength by doing farmer's carries or flexed arm hangs from a bar. To achieve the moderate standard, Soldiers must successfully complete one Leg Tuck; for the significant standard, Soldiers must successfully complete three Leg Tucks; and for the heavy standard, Soldiers must successfully complete five Leg Tucks. To max the Leg Tuck event, Soldiers must successfully complete 20 Leg Tucks. ...
